gaining muscles.
i have started to lift weights! about 5 pounds. 3 sets of 10-15 reps doing bicept and tricept curls. goodbye "oprah grandma flabby flab" arms. (i'm sorry oprah and grand ma! i love you!) i am going to do the full yoga tape 2ce a week. and i'm going to walk a half hour every day. no more sugar (or not much anyway!). i'm going to be HOT for my wedding (and beyond). this is documentation as to what i look like now. no, i'm not fat. i need to get toned and lose a leeeetle bit of fat. i'm on my way...i lost 10 pounds from christmas. just from not over eating.

I want to tone up too! I've started doing some arm lifting things as well - not sure how to tackle the soft tummy though, I LOATHE situps... I guess sex would help, but I still need a boyfriend for that! lol
