fattness
i have to acctually have a fat plan. right now i'm "not" eating sugar. by "not" i mean i am. jason keeps it in the house. chocolate, icecream... and i work with it. i had some ricecrispy square yesterday. i am also not eating wheat. that i'm being really good about. the combo of no sugar no wheat should really go a long way to wieght loss. i'm also eating way more veggies. and trying really hard to not eat carbs at night. but what else are you going to snack on? cheese. meat. nuts...yea!

we get hardly any carbs (starches) on our plan. to give you an idea: we get 2 starches per day... one rice cake counts as one starch. one piece of weight watchers bread counts as one. 1/2 cup of low fat, no sugar added ice cream is one...... you get the idea. it's not much. we tend to snack on fruit at night, since we have now 4 servings of fruit per day (and only 2 veg now).
it seems to work for me - i'm down another pound this morning.
(oh, and i guess the excercise helps too - been walking every morning and sometimes in the afternoon too)
oh my god! i don't think i cold do that! what the hell do you eat??
here's what i had yesterday:
breakfast: LA Bar
Mid AM: Apple
Lunch: 7oz Salmon, 6 Baby Carrots
Mid PM: LA Bar
Dinner: 6oz Steak, Mushrooms, yogurt, pineapple
Eve: 1cup lf/nf ice cream, 1cup OJ, 7 almonds
i also had 8 glasses of water throughout the day.
thats funny! i had salmon and babypeas (in the shell) for lunch!
i need nuts and more fruit.
